The low cost hotel was gorgeous. We had a superior twin room with a safe, a mini-bar, and a work desk. Convenient and magnificent location to the Convention Centre, all was perfectly fine. Further, it was very close to São Paulo's main attractions, and good shopping options.

The staff here were friendly and polite, and the location was really convenient for getting around by taxi. We also enjoyed some coffee and treats at Irene's Pantry, which was just a short walk from the hotel! 😊.

loose internet connection without answer from the staff that depends to the internet operator. They give my money back. I stayed 2 days and TV broke 4 times, so no TV at all

Location and fair breakfast.

It is not a good cost/benefit relationship. The room was small, bad furnished and not comfortable. For the same price (or cheaper) you can stay in better hotels (E.G. ibis Paulista).

This hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection and is conveniently located near the Convention Centre and key suburban areas.

The room we had included a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Location: the hotel was adjacent to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance and the Convention Centre and the busiest avenues in Sao Paulo.

The breakfast had a good variety and the location was marvelous, close to Oscar Freire Street.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. The staff was very accommodating with excellent service, and room service was available 24/7. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The flat-screen TV was a plus! The restaurant buffet served delicious breakfast with special diet menus. The leisure facilities were top-notch with a fitness center and a lounge area. Free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also available.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's particularly easy to access nearby metro stations, shops and restaurants. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. One of the best aspects about our stay was the spacious room. The room was big enough for us to have our own private space.

Our stay at the hotel had some downsides. Sadly, there was no hot breakfast provided which was really disappointing for a Thanksgiving stay.

The setting was incredible, just off good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel offers great value for money. Despite being on a busy Main Street, it is surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. The basic amenities provided are more than enough for a comfortable stay.
